Rosi ZagortchevaLine Manager

How did you start at DICE?

I was lucky to be able to observe the founding and the amazing trajectory of the studio.  When the opportunity to join DICE LA came along – I grabbed it!

Can you explain the Line Manager role and how you support the team?

At DICE LA the line managers are responsible for the development and coaching of the talent and for studio culture. In short, my job is to collaborate with others to create the best studio in the world,  where developers can do the greatest work of their career. It’s incredibly exciting and gratifying!

What is the best thing about working at DICE LA?

Working with an amazing group of people, who have the ambitious and aspirational vision to build a great studio and make amazing games.

If you wouldn’t have been in the gaming industry, what would you do?

I have a degree in architecture, so I would probably be working on restoration and preservation of historic buildings – something I’m passionate about.

My L.A

One of my favorite places in LA are the Venice canals – a hidden oasis in the middle of the city that transports you into a different world.
