The racing game that pushed the boundaries for visual quality and realistic car handling, and became the first million seller created by DICE.

Motorhead is an ambitious racing game set in the near future where speed separates the pros from the pawns. The eight tracks are set in environments such as shining large metropolises and desolate countryside highways. With its graphic prowess in a fluid 60 frames per second Motorhead were the visual landmark of its time, and several 3D graphic card manufacturers bundled the game to showcase what their hardware is capable of. NVIDIA even rewarded the game with The Distinction of High IQ Honor Roll.

Trivia: The racing league in Motorhead is called Transatlantic Speed League which forms the acronym TSL, which is the same acronym that the demo group The Silents used. The four founders of DICE came from The Silents.
